Shipping fees
Free shipping within the united states on all orders of $120 and more. $8.99 flat rate shipping for all orders under $120.
SHIPPING METHOD
We utilize both usps and ups depending on the size of the package. As our perfumes are alcohol based, all packages must be sent via ground service
Fulfillment time
We aim to mail all orders within 48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on a Friday will be fulfilled and shipped on a monday.
lost or stolen packages
quiet type is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. With that said, if a package is lost in transit by the carrier, Please reach out to us, and we will work with you and the carrier on a solution.
damaged & missing items
if your order includes damaged, missing, or incorrect items, you must reach out to shh@quiettype.co within 48 hours of delivery with photo depicting the issue. you must retain all damaged, missing, or incorrect items along with their shipping containers and packing materials until you have received written confirmation that investigation has been completed.
RETURNS
all sales are final
Because our fragrances are personal body products, we do not offer refunds or returns. We would hate for you to purchase something you weren’t expecting, so we encourage everyone to start their quiet type experience with one of our multi-scent discovery kits.
order cancellations
We understand if you changed your mind. You may request an order be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase by emailing shh@quiettype.co with “CANCEL ORDER #XXXXXXX” as your subject line. We cannot guarantee cancellation on any requests received after 4 hours of purchase. all sales are final for any shipped merchandise.
